At the start of our two week holiday in France our wee boy put a hole in the side of our tent. We used the patch with duck tape as a temp fix. Going to Obsan at weekend and I would like a more water tight solution.

Being a realatively inexperienced camper i have no idea what i need.

Hope someone can help

Tenacious tape is what you need but you may have trouble removing the duct tape without damaging the PU coating on the tent material.

Whoops pressed the wrong button.
I use a clear tape on the inside & Stormseal glue as well.
Bit belt & braces but it works.
For the tape you can get Tenacious tape or one of the offers from Lidl which come round a few times a year which are a lot cheaper.

Thanks for your replies...I have patched the outside but put duct tape over both front and back.

Hole is about 15cms...:-(
