We have always used Austrailian Heat Beads, however as I thought we were running low I bought a packet of Cobblestones which are very expensive compared to the Heat Beads.   I used to get my AHB in Tesco, who haven't had any over the past couple of years.     Used one last weekend and had no problem lighting it - although Richard had tried without success.
As it was a packet of AHB turned up at the back of the camping shed.
I went into B & Q earlier to see what camping goodies they had (a couple of tiny tents and a EHU - nothing I needed) and spotted they had Penn Heat Beads in.
