On my previous van I invested in a pneumatic jockey wheel and it did seem to work better with the mover. However I have not put it on my new van as they seem to be supplied with larger diameter wheels which are better than the smaller ones. You can of course get a replacement wheel from a caravan dealer and that will be a much cheaper option.
