the tent I have been offered is missing ground sheet and it has been suggested by camp shops that since i have a wheelchair i may be better with a stronger more durable one .

Where is the best place to buy one ?.

Hi,

Why not have a look at your local DIY shop.....I use builders tarp as a groundsheet....google heavy duty tarps and see what pops up

You may be better going to a watergarden supplier, and looking at pond liners.  They will not rip or rockle up like tarps and you can peg them down if you re-inforce the pegging points. They come in all sorts of thickness' for you to try.  or just put groundsheet down in the bedroom pods?  good luck

We had a nice breathable groundsheet which was really tough and would take a wheelchair without any problems.  I think we got it from towsure.  We loved it however, someone stole it from our trailer while we were stopped at a petrol station in Spain.

Hi,I’ve just bought one of these from GoOutdoors for my tent extension, not used it yet but looks like it will stop in place better than a normal plastic tarp. They come in different sizes.
