Hubby and I are looking at getting a couple we love the lafuma ones but its over £240 for 2,I have a lafuma chair which I love, having pelvic and back problems means I have to be carefull what chairs I sit in.So what other recliner chairs are just as good ?
If you can get to a branch of "The Range" they are doing a fairly substantial feeling 'Lafuma' type recliner for £49.99 each. Sat in one on Saturday and was quite impressed.
Cheers
Bert.
------------- If you think you can, or you think you can't.......you're probably right!
We used to sell Lafuma and the one thing you can say in their favour is that they are a lifetime purchase - you will only need to replace the elastic every few years and you've got a precision instrument that you can set exactly as you want for comfort.
For a cheaper range look at some of the Beyond by Gelert recliners
The headrest isn't adjustable on the ebay one - I'm looking for something like this too, looked at the Kampa ones last night, slightly more expensive but you can move the headrest to any height. I don't know whether that's important or not though!
------------- April/May - Georgia destroyed in high winds sob
May - Loch Ken, 1st outing for the wolf lake
July - Waterside House, Lake District
July - Inside Park, Dorset

It is really handy to be able to move the headrest as everyone is a different height. My husband is 6' and likes his headrest high, were I have the 'headrest' right at the bottom of the chair so it becomes a lumbar support which I find really comfy for my 5'4" frame
After much testing of recliners we decided to go for the Hi gear hawaii recliner. We looked into everything - adjustable headrest, material (didn't fancy that batyline stuff) and comfort. After trying these kind of chairs out for we settled for the Hi gear - we originally were going to get the Lafuma but they were too spongey - the Hi gear ones are firmer which suits my partner and her back and to be honest suits mine too. i would suggest that you try the chairs a variety of times before deciding what you want and then try and find it cheaper on ebay or similar. The brother in law has 2 lafumas and they are a bit too spongey for us but its a personal preference
