I recently had an attempt to force entry into our caravan.

Some tea-leaf decided to drill the locking system on each hinge of our Milenco grab rail making it completely useless.

I contacted Milenco to ask if I could pay for it to be repaired.

Within a few days, replacement locks arrived compliments of Milenco.

I would just like to praise this company for their customer service, especially 'Nicky' who dealt with our problem.

It makes a refreshing change to get extremely good and efficient customer service these days.
