I picked one up yesterday although I'm dead against camp kitchens in general as I can't see what's wrong with a good old fashioned table. However I was looking for something smaller to cook on outside the tent for shorter trips rather than using the kitchen tent. I set it up today, quite chuffed with it, for £16.99, I thought it was a good buy.

Now, what else can I get to make up the thirty quid for free delivery...?
How about some of those egg poaching silicon pods Dyas sell? I bought a couple when buying the camp kitchen. Made some poached eggs when I got home with them and was really impressed - much easier to clean than our traditional egg poacher.
Damn it!! I just paid £24.99 for one a few weeks ago!! lol
But it is good, very sturdy although the wire shelf will end up bending eventually, just a shame it doesn't come in a carry bag. I've kept the box - which it actually fills (gripe of mine, buying things that come in HUGE boxes filled with lots of air and cardboard!) So took it in the car in that, hope you get yours in time for your trip! :) xx
been ummming and arrring as to wether to get this since it was posted(spent enough this month),but bit the bullet today and ordered 1,hope it arrives for friday, also sending OH for some fairy lights when he home from work Note to oneself-must not buy anymore(not until nxt month anyway)
Was out of stock yesterday but back in now......hmmmm should i??
Does anyone know if this will fit a Campingaz Camp Chef stove ok? and if so is there somewhere for your gas hose to pass, cant see anywhere on pics on website.
Torn between this combination or the campingaz camp chef plus..........any thoughts?
I tried to order one yesterday and they'd sold out i could have kicked myself but just looked on off chance and there back in stock so ive treated myself to one and a new table just so i get free postage :)
Yes, it does have a hole in the centre of the windshield to take the gas pipe. My campingaz stove has the gas pipe on the left but if the stove is moved forward a fraction, it seems to work OK. Just back from a rainy few days using it and I think it's pretty good and solid-feeling and easy to erect. The big downfall for me using this instead of a table is there is no work surface but the shelves are handy - it's a thumbs up from me
