We need a utility at short notice and are trying to decide between these two. I did originally consider the outdoor revolution xl but we were thinking of something more like a gazebo which this is.

Does anyone own either or have any advice please?

I don't have either, but I prefer the look of the Lichfield personally

Lichfield

pros - groundsheet (unless cooking then a con!), Steel poles for rigidity

cons - groundsheet if cooking, large openings only

Ultracamp

pros - can be more enclosed, pvc panel in roof for light

cons - pvc panel can make it hot in sun (no shelter), fibreglass poles.

mmmm difficult, perhaps I just prefer blue!

I just wonder whether you'll end up with loads of flies batting up against the pvc ceiling in the ultracamp, trying to get out - we used to have a roof light in our previous tent and always had loads of flies trying desperately to get out that way.

More expensive but it's a nice day tent
