Yes, it's always best to air out a tent again when you get it home, even if you took it down in perfect conditions. There's often little pockets of moisture from condensation trapped under the flysheet and guylines can be damp, or the underside of the ground sheet. It does help if you can take the inners out as soon as possible while packing up, open up every door and vent and, if you've got the appropriate style of tent, loosen and lift the edges of the flysheet to allow air to circulate. Even then, it's still better to take it out the bag when you get home and drape it out over the lounge furniture overnight, or over the bannisters, or in the garage.
