We have an Aztec Palacio 6. The tent is great but the front door is a pain when it rains. We want an extension canopy, but Aztec do not make one. Their only guidance is Sprayway universal, which is more like a garage!Does anyone have a recommendation or even suitable canopy for sale?
I was recommended the Quechua tarp as I have the same problem as you.

We have the Sprayway canopy which we only use if the weather is a bit hit and miss. If you're handy with a needle and thread would imagine it would be really easy to halve the size of it although we intend to use velcro to strap the middle poles to the front poles when its just us camping rather than a group. Not sure on prices as we got ours free but would imagine a tarp might be cheaper option though.

I read on here the vango large sun canopy (now discontinued) was pretty universal. Theres a few on ebay at mo but they seem to be selling in region of £70 or so. We are looking for something to cook/sit under too as our tent porch out of stock till next year and then its gonna be around same price as tent probably!
Thanks all. Looking through other sections, this seems a common problem. Tent designers take note!!
Following the Vango thread, there is a Vango Family Shelter on Amazon at around £55 incl. delivery, and this seems a possible as can be used with two poles supplied or with additional king poles at corners.
We now have some clues to follow, so thanks to you all.
