I think that your best bet is to type lights into the search section above as this has been covered loads....I'm not gonna make any suggestions as I'm still looking for decent lighting myself lol

If you use EHU, we bought a clip on 60watt from Wilkinsons for about £2, just the same as normal house lights, uses bayonet type bulbs, OH put a lamp shade on it, to take some of the brightness away.

I use a combination of different lamps, a 240v 8w fluorescent inspection lamp has it as got aprox 5 metres of cable, gives off very low heat and impact resistance, also use a couple of the so called battery ufo led lights and a remote control lamp which is very handy when going to bed or having to get up in the night.

I agree, the UFO LED lights from Wilkinsons are brilliant.  I have bought remote lanterns in the past and returned them as they dont work properly.

I also had mine from Wilcos. Totally agree they are fantastic and they give off more light than my other 2 lights. I used them in my side and front extension this year.

We purchased the Wilko UFO led ones too after much debate. They are very bright and we had one in the tent and one in the awning. Cant get much better than these for led lighting if that is what you are after. We looked at all the expensive Outwell and Coleman variants etc. and the Wilko ones still came out best. They also hang nicely from the ceiling of your tent. You wont need anything else if the quality of light levels is your main concern. However the 'whiteness', if such a word, started to annoy me. Felt too clinical - dentist/hospital like.

We ended up with 2 very sleek table lamps from B&Q with low wattage lamps. Superb for that yellow warm glow. Obviously on EHU. We are going to fit some inline dimmers to really give some flexibility on light levels. The choice of lighting really makes or breaks relaxing evenings for us. When walking around the campsite at night whilst away recently, you could see the white led and yellow glowing tents.

The led just looked that little cold for me.

we use the Wilko's UFO lights too...they light our tents much more effectively than the multitude of lanterns we've had in the past...
