Afternoon all,
Quick question. Does anyone use vacuum storage bags for their duvets or pillows? Any recommendations? Obviously not ones than need a hoover :0)
Thanks x

Bought a truck load from JML when they were on a silly offer earlier this year, not very impressed at all with the quality so would not recommend them.
They do use a hoover but it is very easy to adapt and pump that plugs into the cig lighter of your car, so as long as you camp with a car you should be fine using that style of bag.
While the JML ones are tosh I had some from argos years ago that were fantastic. I havent used the roll up ones so would be interested how you get on with them if that is what you end up going for

We use them roll up vacuum bags for pillows/cloths/towels and they do save quite abit of space.Just got them off ebay tbh also an added bonus is they keep stuff dry as well which has come in handy this summer lol

I found them rubbish tbh
I store all my bedding in a horse rug bag. Very heavy duty and strong zips, you can keep cramming loads in without it straining/ripping (takes 15 tog king size duvet and 4 pillows easily)
Got mine from go outdoors £11.99

Don't use the bags - don't need to, but we do take the hoover!

another vote here for the Tesco vacuum bags...lovely soft plastic with a bit of give in it and so easy to seal...we were constantly destroying the JML kind of vacuum bags, but the Tesco ones seem pretty indestructable...
