Not specific to the Wilkos one, but a rep in one camping store told me a SIM woud take approx 20 mins to inflate. Quicker in some temperatures and slower in others.

As the SIM has been stored at the shop rolled up and compressed it needs a good few puffs into it to inflate it fully.  You should then store it fully inflated until you need it and you'll find that when you unroll it next time it'll inflate a lot faster.

I normally store mine open, but forgot the other day when I bought it home from using it while staying at a friends house.  It was only rolled up for a week before going camping but it took loads of puffs to get it to fully inflated once we were there so it does make a huge difference.
