We've had our Cadac Carri Chef now for about 12 months and are really please with it. When we packed up from the summer holiday we noticed two problems. Firstly the food was beginning to stick to the one side of the non-stick grill, and secondly one of the rivits on the main burner had perished. Tuesday evening this week, I sent an email to customer services explaining the problem. I had a 'stock' email from them on Wednesday saying they would contact me within 48 hours. Friday morning, a knock came on the door and a courrier handed me a box. Inside: a brand new double sided grill and a new main burner unit.
Now, in my book, it doesn't get much better than that. Absolutely first class customer service from Cadac. In my original email I included my address as part of my signature and I also gave all the details of my receipt (place of purchase, receipt number, date etc.) In my book they are the sort of company that deserve support, and I would not hesitate in buying from them again.
