Had a reply from Gelert and once i had re-sent the email they were very efficient in answering my query so credit were credit is due

I now need to get an answer from Yeomans on wether they hav stock to exchange the tent(which i doubt) as i had a nightmare getting the tent from them once i have ordered it

You havin a laugh! A metal mug tastes of metal, come on! Hardly the fault of the supplier or indeed worth a refund. Well if I worked at Gelert and got that customer complaint I would laugh my socks off! I am sorry but thats a symptom of what you bought. Its like saying you want a refund because your barbecue makes your food taste smokey. Perhaps their reply was late because they were dealing with customers who had real issues.
