Hi, Ann, no it's not ruflette tape, I've got loads of that so I wish it was!
It's a narrow tape with a sort of loop on the edge and the "hooks" are tiny little squares that slip into the loops and over time the loops stretch and keep slipping off. I want to make new curtains and thought, rather than use the old saggy stuff, it would be nice to have some new.
I'll try ringing Autosleeper tomorrow, maybe they can supply it.
