I ordered a table that was to be a replacement in our fc as we do not need the big one. Looking on site for ideas of making one, tops,legs etc.Then I looked into Towsure and saw exactly what we wanted. size,easy folded yet strong. Wll it was out of it when I asked so I paid for it and on order it went., Well withina week one cam through as it was found in one of their shops, only the clip underneath that held two of the legs up was wretched right out of the underneath. Got in touch with Towsure,no problem, they cam e picked it up. So we waited for the next one. But I asked them to check inside first before it comes out. Anyway we got the table, asked the driver to wait while it was checked on, found it in perfect condition. So we were very satisfied,

But they did not quibble,moan, make excuses as some do,especially getting the thing back to them.But not these. It was made easier by their attitude, instead of feeling Oh! no know we have to get it back to them all the hassle of getting through, having promises made & broken.

Well none of it with Towsure,with  % off for being a site member,Yet this was not on site saying so but I got it anway. We have now got a very solid table waiting for use next year asap. . Not many firms nowadays even employ people that talk to you properly unless you only buying but aggressive when something goes wrong. Not Towsure so it seems,so many thanks for making it easy for us.

Yep,good the see people posting positve feedback..

..pity "Towsure" wasn't in the title though..

I agree to saying people should know not just bad service but good otherwise nobody would only hear the bad and never know where to buy the good..

As for taking money when they have no got in stock. yes this is true as we paid up front. But as I was not in a hurry we could wait all of about a week for the first time,but even when sent back it was all finished and the next one delived within the 28 days for both tables to come/sent back....come again. So most of the stores etc we deal with say up to 28 days and this whole deal being within that time I cannot complain at all. Bob said it saved him making one and he also said he could not of made it as well as this one.
