I ordered a load of stuff from them last week. Fantastic prices (though I missed the fantastic £19.99 Aluminium table and chair set). Sadly the guys in the picking and packing department leave a lot to be desired as do the after sales service. One of my items was wrong. I emailed customer services and also called them. Both said they would sort out a replacement and failed to do so. I noticed the item was back in stock (after being out of stock when I called) and so far 6 phone calls later I am yet to actually speak to anyone again.

I picked up two sleeping bag liners the other day. Haven't actually slept in one yet, but they are lovely and soft and have a nice big hood too. Not bad for £2.
