We like to go "glamping" 3 or 4 times a year and as such I have 6 double airbeds to inflate and deflate each time. My little tesco air pump whilst sounding like an angry wasp does an admirable job, but it takes a long time to get all the inflation done especially as my daughters cant seem to keep the pump and airbed connected for more than 5 seconds at a time. So, I'm looking for a good fast pump preferably 12v & 240v which also has good vacuum capabilities as, to save space, we want to use vacuum bags for the duvets and pillows etc ( I told you it was glamping), and I think that taking the Dyson rather defeats the object :o)
Can anyone recommend a pump that meet my requirements?

thanks
Ian

I have the Tesco electric one and can't think of any other types unless you want to go for a power pack with compressor

The one shown is a bit expensive but you can get them for around £30...weigh as much as a Dyson though

...and on second thoughts I don't think they suck.

there are lots of them on the market, but have found they are much the same.

to be honest i'm not sure any will deflate the vac bags fully,as they are not that powerfull.they will deflate them but not in the same way your vac will.

for a manual one these are very good

The bestway pump which comes with some of their inflatables is really good for a small lightweight electric pump. I have a couple of others from aldi a few years back which whilst being ok aren't a patch on the bestway one, it's really quick and I'm sure you can buy them on their own for less than a tenner. We have a kingsize double height airbed 2 singles one double and a settee and two chairs to inflate, all inflated/deflated fully in no time with the bestway.

There seems to be no electric pumps that boast any kind of vacuum capabilities, so to hopefully solve my vacuum problem I've found this this Handheld Air Pump Vacuum on Ebay I'll let you know if it's any good when it arrives.

This is my Morpheus 8, there are many like it, but this one is mine.
I must master it as I must master life.
Without me, my Morpheus 8 is useless.
