I'm having real trouble getting a refund from these people for a returned order from August 2011.


Ringing them is a nice 0844 number and on average has taken 20-30 minutes to get through. When I do, I'm treated poorly (as though I was in the wrong) and promised a refund - which never appears.

They don't seem to reply to emails.

I know other people who've ordered from them with success but then, they haven't had to return anything.

That's my experience, anyway. Perhaps it's a one-off...

Hi. Ordered on a monday and arrived on wednesday. O.ly problem was not receiving a dispatched e mail, other than that im a happy man.

I order from these guys, I wanted an aerobed, so thought may as well order the coleman 6 in 1 table I was planning on getting elsewhere- as that with combined postage would make sense - they sent the table and cancelled the bed - I could have got ity cheaper from Amazon. I won't be ordering from this company again.

It's 2014 and it doesn't look like anythng has improved.

I placed an order for an 'in stock' item yesterday and late today there was a notifiation that stock will take a week at least and then there is admin and shipping time.   Not quite the 2-3 days delivery promised.

I spoke to them and made the point that no delivery promise could be made if the stock has not been checked.

I looked on other forums and they are infamous for this and not only that but my 20 minutes wait on their 0844 number to cancel the order is also part of their service reputation.

This operation is also called skimania, campmania and outdoormania.

It is 2016 (May 2016). Cannot get through to anyone on phone. Emails have gone with no reply. Order has been taken and processed online. Have NOT received anything and the company seems to be uncontactable. Campmania & Outdoormania & Skimania are operated by Winwood Marketing Ltd. tel 01484 689 744. They do not answer calls either. I wish I had not bothered to shop here. Please DO NOT make same mistake = DO NOT SHOP HERE = Campmania and Outdoormania are the worse ever.
