I keyed in "Double Skillet" into Google and wasted half an hour opening up pages that came up that had nothing like a Double Skillet in them.  It really is time Google dumped idiots like that who waste peoples time.

To the point.  Does anyone know of a web page that actually sells a Double Skillet?

Hi Balliol

Most of the Caravan and Motorhome Shows have a double skillet stall.  Birmingham have one next month.

Balliol, try yahoo instead of google, search results are usually relevant on there.

the Caravan Club magazine usually carries adverts from the firm Jana mentioned, if you can find a member!

Very strange. There was always an advet in C & C C mag every month but I've just checked this months & July 2004 & can't find it.

Maybe they don't do them anymore?

Cas54 has one, I saw them being sold at the Earls Court Outdoor Leisure Show, as Jana says, try to get to one. Haven't seen them at any camping store or website.

Hi Balliol ..... As Mick says I have (several) Double Skillets worth every penny ... we use them everyday indoors, other saucepans and oven had been made redundant now.

The only place I know of to get them is at the shows ......... they are at the G-Mex in Manchester this w/e

If you buy one ........ I would suggest you go for the larger one (approx £40)

Hi Balliol

I've looked out an old copy of CC magazine and found the advert.  They don't appear to have a website or email though.  Anyway, it goes something like this:

"The versatile fat free double skillet" (the picture shows what look like two shallow saucepans with a glass lid.) It roasts, steams, fries, bakes, braises.  Just like an oven, the two non-stick pans clip together to roast, or stack on top of each other utilising the heat resistant glass lid for layer cooking.

9 and a half inch - £38.00 plus £6 p+p
8 inch - £32.00 plus £6 p+p
These two options include VAT and a free instruction recipe leaflet.  You can also buy a "new cook book - £5.99"

The address is -

D & F Promotions
Greenways Farmhouse
Flaxlands
Carleton  Rode
Norfolk
NR16 1AD

There doesn't appear to be a telephone number.  The details ask for which size you want, your name, address, postcode and telephone number and to send cheques payable to
D & F Promotions, allow 21 days for delivery.
