I have one and love it.
There is a devide between Cadac lovers and Cobb lovers. Both are great bits of kit from what i have read on several forums.
Just purchased the Paella pan after talking to a German couple last year, they only used the Paella pan for their 2 week holiday. They cooked everything in it.They Left the rest of the attachments at home.
I mainly use the griddle plate to do most of my cooking on , along with the skottle plate. I manage to cook for 2 familys with this set up, 10 people.
My plan is to take just the Paella pan and pot stand on holiday this year.
I do not use the bbq attachments, far to much washing up for me.
The cadac is quite heavy if you take all the extra plates with you, but its all you will ever need.
Cadac's after sales department are fantastic, If you have any issues with components, they are only to happy to help.
I emailed them about my griddle plate,I mentioned that food sometimes stuck to the non stick coating, they sent me a new one free of charge.I think it was down to a bad batch of plates at the time.
This was even though I had owned it for nearly 2 years.
No further issues with anything
Buy one you won't be disappointed.
