I recently ordered an Outwell Sudbury Kitchen and an Outwell Etna Patio Heater. The Kitchen was fine but the patio heater was unusable. All websites state the cable is 5m long which would be more than long enough but infact the cable is a meter and half at a push and would never be long enough to hang from tent(not mine anyway)
Norwich Camping were more than helpful and picked the heater up today at no charge and will refund on receiving. Great service.

I second that it's a proper camping shop unlike that place in Norwich, very helpful staff and great selection if they ain't got it it's not worth having and they do price matching!

We've purchased a couple of tents and various camping "essentials" and their service has always been second to none. We moved out of the area so miss just having a wander around the store. The website is good but not as much fun!!

I agree with all of the above . Every member of staff will greet you with a smile & you get the same great service if you are spending £1 or £1,000 which is rare these days . Always a good display of tents & all that gear you just can't live without .

There's even a chair outside near the car park which is just big enough for my ex's behind
