Try to get hold of some Isabella Bolon seconds, you'll usually struggle to see the fault and it comes out a lot cheaper.
One advantage of Bolon is that you can buy it off the roll, so get exactly the length you want. You can trim it (it doesn't fray) and it is really strong; you can give it a good scrub or power-wash it to get it clean after use, if necessary.
We have the Bolon, and as said before can trim without it fraying. We had to wash ours after the first use as it was so muddy, and came up a treat. Well worth the money, didn't think it was that much dearer than the others, it just matched our colours!
We've got both but our Kampa one is the grey quite rough one which really wasn't that comfortable under foot, but it makes a great dust groundsheet outside of the awning in South of France. We bought the Bolon at one of the shows, just told them what size we wanted (we actually got two lengths so we have two bits that fit together for the full awning and a length which fits the part awning) and it was ready about an hour later. It is really easy to clean as you can mop it or scrub it but with our Kampa we had to jet wash it but it did come up fine though and it was probably at the cheaper end of what Kampa have to offer.
Has anyone cut the Bolon to fit a specific shape....I'm looking for it to fit my tent footprint for the living area but concerned about fraying after extended use
