Went today and discovered Casey's had closed. I am gutted because it was so handy and had a good selection of everything a camper could need.

Otley really didn't need more walking boots and fleece jackets but that's what Yeoman's are providing - that and 6 tents and very very limited selection of camping equipment.

If you were planning a visit I wouldn't bother. Go to Go Outdoors instead.

Oh no, this is where we bought the Hartford XL and many other bits......Well we are now at the mercy of GoOutdoors.

Yeomans will do well with those coach trip people.......eooooh!

Are Yeomans open there now ? TBH we always found Caseys a dump and the last time we wanted to buy something, the lad on the till couldn't care less.

Hi

The last time we went to caseys the staff there showed no interest at all, they were just sat about drinking tea. It used to be brilliant at one time but we would not make the effort to go back after the last visit

Felt sick when I read this in case it affected Caseys at Chester (but seems a separate/unrelated shop).

They (one in Chester) are one of our favourite camping suppliers. We got our FC from there and they were absolutely super...very helpful and honest.
