In a word, no, even the steel poled versions don't have the strength. But using a tree and putting one of these underneath it of these would work.
Use the solar bag to heat the water , then either a friend with a watering can, Hoselock portable shower or the 12v/battery shower pump in a standard shower tent, will work. Don't forget the poundland paddling pool or trug as a shower tray or you will be getting muddy feet.
So what is your present system for hanging the solar bag. Is it workable in a shower tent.
