Yes we used ATEN LIGHTING as they have an advice and assistance line. Which as first timers came in more than useful. They talked us through it, answered all the questions made a few suggestions. Well pleased with the outcome.

Sorry, don't agree. Just had a delivery from them which took only 48 hours to arrive, and all goods correct.

I have used them several times with no problems and several people I know have also used them with no problems. In fact most have commented about a fast and efficient delivery of good quality lamps.

Well I must have been unlucky, but there's no way I would use them or recommend them to my worst enemy, and as for their customer service, they have'nt got any.
I do DA camping every week, and informed people about them and not to touch them with a barge pole.
I bought our led replacement lamps from Leisure Power based in Warrington, Cheshire they are at most Caravan shows here in the North, the led lamps consumes a tenth of the Halogen lamp it replaces, even changed the awning light, which you can leave on to guide you to your van after visiting the local hostelry.
I've a good mixture of different lights needing three different variations of lamp.
I have used (and can highly recommend) LED Centre for most fittings, but for my G4 spot reading lights, I used LustrumLight's ebay shop, who were very good too.
Personally, I wouldn't recommend the cheaper LED lights available from ebay (or other similar sources) as the dirt cheap versions generally aren't fused and I know of several folk who've had these smoke, one of which completely melted in the process!

...just need to work out the exterior lighting on the van to these LEDS now
Excuse my asking, but why? Main benefit of interior LED lighting is reduced consumption for non-EHU use, but surely all exterior lighting (I assume you mean road lighting), is ran from towcar, so I fail to see the point
