Appologies to all who have been messed about by tesco, I always thought they could be relied on, but it seems not.
As you say why take money for an order if they don't have the goods, very poor.

Topic: 2 burner stove - £8.50
I actually did ring them and spoke to someone at length. He said they've got a new computer system thats not working properly hence the orders being taken when they can't fill them. *cough* I used to design and implement systems so not an excuse in my book. Anyway, he has given me a £5 refund by way of an apology - I still have to wait 3-5 days for it though 
Still it's something.
