Whilst we love our BBQ's and Full English while camping, we do go in to meat overload after a few days.

Last year we bought a Pizza Stone. We use it with our Cadac Carri Chef, with the lid on. Let it warm for a few minutes and place the pizza on. We have found that the stonebaked variety work best but I'm sure any will do.

Have you got any tips for a quick and easy meal? Would love to hear them.

Quick Saute.
I always cook some new potatoes and take in a freezer bag.
Before we use them I crush them slightly and fry in a little oil and butter to have with steak and salad. Really quick but taste delicious.

Making your own pizza on the Cadac using the pizza stone
Make your own pizza base from scratch or a packet mix then to it how you want - far better than bought ones
One of many things we enjoy when camping
Risotto, chilli, one pot meals, steak and salad

I'm with you about the meat overload when camping. We so with the idea of cooked b'fast everymorning but by day 3 I've had enough meat so need a rest.

Pancakes on the flat griddle are lovely as a change from full English. Bit of Maple syrup and some fruit and maybe some yoghurt
