Topic: Coleman fold n go problem!

Does anyone else have the problem of pans sliding on the fold n go cooker? It dips into the middle and the pans slide into the middle, it's new to us just wondered if there is a problem with our cooker?

I have one and have never had this problem .

Just checking - have you taken the pan holders out and turned them over so they stand proud rather than being inverted in the silver bit ?
There is a u tube demonstration I think ?

Thanks dozy, yes we have put the pan holders the right way it just isn't flat when opened out!

Doesn't sound right. Can't say we've ever had that issue. Can you return it ?

That's odd - I thought you meant into the middle of each ring. Now I get you - into the ' hinge bit' in the middle of the rings .

Maybe try closing it , then opening it again both sides together, rather than one side then the other iykwim. I know it I shut mine if not done together then it doesn't meet without a wobble to get it to meet. But never had a problem with not being flat . Is your gas pipe screwed in nice and tight, maybe if it can turn a bit- it could pull the alignment out ?
Good luck - but if not flat , maybe a fault and go and exchange it.

I think I need to try it on a completely flat surface, it may be that the camp kitchen sags in the middle a bit- if not I will return it .
