Ours is hung up and had no probs at all. Saying that it does only have a 40 watt bulb and it faces downwards. Not that much heat really.

Can anyone see a reason why we can't use this lamp from Ikea as we have one in our hallway that we can take with us to plug into the EHU?

Thanks ailurotoo... that's the lighting in the day tent sorted. We use a solar powered shed light for inside the sleeping tent.
