Welcome to UK CS.
If you're referring to a 12v socket to UK mains adaptor for use with a 12v coolbox, they are readily available.
Here's the first I found but you can get them cheaper than this.

Be careful of cheapo 12V transformers. I had one for my coolbox and it caught fire! It left a nasty mess of molten/burnt plastic and choking fumes.

You need to check the output of the adaptor, they are normally 5-6amp this should be adequate for coolbox. Look inside your coolbox, it with say probably 12v/35w. You divide watts by volts to get amps so 12v/35w = less than 3amps input so ok with 5watt output adaptor.

Does the Coleman one take any coolbox brand of cigarette lighter plug? I'm assuming it has a socket for a cigarette plug which it converts to mains, but the pics not very clear and voltage description stuff is over my head.

With regard to adaptor/transformer safety, I would like to add the need to make sure the cable is fully unwound and not wrapped around the transformer, and to stand the transformer in a well-ventilated area without any risk of obstructions or being covered e.g. by a towel or a jumper etc...

Ours does. The coolbox is a Campingaz one and has a normal car plug. The socket on the Coleman transformer is on the side. It's clearer on the Kampa as the socket is on a lead. That might help keep heat down in use, don't know. Never had a problem with ours but we only run it during the day when we're in, or in the car anyway.
