I have a large deep-sided frying pan with a lid.
Great for early-morning fryup brekkie, but also good for one-pot dishes such as curry, chilli or bolognese. Does a neat paella too.
Cooks everything if placed centrally on burner, but by moving it around you can make some of the pan hotter if cooking multiple ingredients.
