I bought the grey/green one aswell.  Have you noticed the eco switch that is by the leads? if it is on eco it runs much quieter.  I am thinking that at night when it is cooler i will use this setting as it will be quieter to sleep with.  It doesn't cool as much as the max setting but from past experiences i used to be able to turn my coolbox off at night and everything was still really cold in the morning.

I'm trying the echo switch now - actually mine is silent and the fan is totally still. Please can someone check that this is the case with theirs? I'm wondering if it is working at all on this setting.

Mine is the same Peckedhen...doesnt seem to be working, doesnt say anything about it in the leaflet with it

I just tipped it up & the fans come on in Eco mode..not sure if its just intermittent or it needed a shake to get going

Gave mine a shake and its going now. Surely not! How many times a night do we have to get up to shake it? LOL

Got myself one of their backpacks today. We got a cool box from their a couple of years ago and it's been brilliant. Sadly the same couldn't be said the SIM, both the ones we bought developed leaks.But never mind.
