We're quite new to camping, the two trips we have been on so far my son who is 20 months has slept in a travel cot but he has now outgrown it.  We are looking at the Kampa airlock bed as he moves around a lot in his sleep so thought the inflated sides would keep him from falling out.  Just wondered if anyone has used one and what you're thoughts were ?

We have one they are really good for keeping little people from falling off an air bed and ending up on the floor.We put a fleece blanket under the sleeping bag as the bit they sleep on inset that deep. Just wish they made them longer, i think he might be out of it this year.

Totally fab things. We've been using it for 4 years now and would still be using it if my daughter hadn't burst it on our last trip doing somersaults! At 120cm tall she was still fine in it and at 155cm I have even managed to get a good sleep on it using the top as a pillow.
Only down side is its width. I'm tempted to get her a new one as we liked it so much.
