The one in your link is a breathable groundsheet, it's okay but, not soft underfoot like a carpet. You could go for it & just put a couple of nice soft picnic rugs on top of it in places where you may want to walk barefoot.
Have a look in Tesco they do picnic rugs. Don't buy tent carpets you will be really dissappointed with what you get, the one Vango do for our Tigris Was so over priced I bought the Tesco ones. Four of them and got out the sewing machine and made one large carpet just as good as the Vango but a lot cheeper
You can find a few universal tent carpets. We recently got one for our front awning from Easycamp, but I was a bit disappointed with the size, as it's a bit on the small side (180x200cm). Coleman do a universal 230x230cm one as well.
Tent carpets have a waterproof backing. I personally wouldn't be without my Outwell Oakland XL tent carpet.
------------- The guitar of the noisy teenager on the next pitch makes excellent kindling.
