Hit me with it.....what is a "must have" for your awning??

We have just got an awning for our caravan...a nice big one....we have 2 children so are glad of the space.

So far, we have tables and chairs.

While I am in the room....what do people do with their dirty washing??

For dirty washing we use a pop up laundry bin
We have our table and chairs for eating in the awning - only if it's wet or freezing outside as we eat al fresco when possible
Hubby has his kitchen set up in the awning - food cupboard/shelves, kitchen unit and prep tables. Kettle, cups etc etc and fridges are out there too
We don't cook in the van at all but he cooks outside on the cadac

We have a big trug thing that we keep al lthe shoes in and a couple of hanging hook racks for hanging coats on

hi we have a couple of kids and find the hanging storage units which fold flat from ikea are very useful, an outside plugsocket is on our list of things to get for the awning , also what we need is a good  awning heater can anyone reccomend one . we would love one of those awnings that when you look into them they are always perfect with a pressed tablecloth ,bottle of wine pleasantly presented little light giving off a warming glow ( sigh ours always looks untidy ) shoes ,coats ,kids, bikes lol

We have an Ikea laundry bag which we use to take clean clothes to the camp site and then empty it into the tent and use it to hold dirty ashing until we get home.

-------------
We camped for years. In 2019 we bought an Elddis Avante 454. We like it as it is short (6.9m) and fits in our driveway and has a fixed bed.
We had 127 nights away in the caravan in 2023.

We have fold up washing basket for dirty washing. Cool box for 'extras' when you go shopping and then realise you can't fit everything into the fridge! A lockable 'gorilla' box for stuff we don't like leaving in full view (beers mainly) Two chairs and a small folding footstool and a freestanding triangular washing line for wet towels when its raining. (i think I need to tidy things a bit!)
