You might regret asking that as there are two very definite camps on here. Both of them are great and do a similar job and it's really just down to preference.
I have a cobb and I cook pretty much every meal on it (I have all the extras - wok, griddle, roasting rack, etc) and I'm yet to find anything I can't cook on it. Sunday roasts, stir-fries, pizzas, cakes, you name it and it's easy to do. There are also lots of extras available for the cadac though so you could probably achieve similar things.
It's really down to your preferred fuel though. I like the nice slow pace of campsite cooking with charcoal but some prefer quicker results, which you obviously get with a gas cadac.
I'm definitely not getting into the debate though - I like them both.
