Does anyone else have trouble with the Encore 390 collecting water in huge puddles on the roof? They make the roof sag badly and the only way to get the water off the roof is to push the roof up from inside the awning.
The roof seems to be as taut as I can make it. Am I mssing something? ("like gutters" says my wife! ^_^

We had the same problem last week in Devon , the water pooling was worse when it rained really heavily without any wind, when the wind blew the roof would bellow about a bit which prevented the puddles forming.

I am not sure if it was down to the way in which we had pitched the awning as it was up hill away from the van,.

Often a problem in heavy rain on many awnings I would suggest. The broom is useful for pushing up to disperse. (hairy side upmost)

Gutters will only catch the water if it's running off and the problem is it isn't.
