Unless you have a proper fridge then it is all about insulation and keeping the ambient temps down.
If you wern't worried about security then putting the coolbox outside shaded by a tarp is probably the best to keep the outside temps down. In a tent these can rise rapidly.
On the insulation side (which I guess is what you are paying for the box you have shown) then wraping with additional polysetenre or foil backed insultation will help a lot.
When we had a conventional tent we used a thermoelectric cooler. It was OK but saps the battery and is not particulaly effcient. So we bulk cooked certain foods, chilli, curry etc. and freeze them in to the plastic take away boxs and added and swaped out ice packs. That worked pretty well
Thanks to ebay (but still very expensive) we now have a 12/240V compressor coolbox. dead quite, very efficent, will freeze to -18. And have not looked back. This allows us longer camps as we now have a trailer tent. Means we can chill drinks quickly plus the odd bottle of wine.
