Just a heads up that these picnic rugs

Are down from £8.99 to £4.99 (not sure if thats store specific though).

Great as a substitute for tent carpet and very warm under foot.

Sorry briclemum, aldi have a tendency to delete obsolete offers quickly from their website and i thought i'd found it but your right, thats an Australian aldi.

Anyway heres what they look like




And heres the spec.

100% Acrylic in Red or Navy

We just popped back around and grabbed another one, so we now have 2 red and one blue tartan one for both our bedroom pod and our living space.

Hi, yes, they were advertised when the current deal was on. They are getting rid of these now to make way for future offers so a bargain to be had i think.

We have a cheapie store QD, in the camping areas picnic blankets 99p, not as thick as Aldi ones, but not as small as poundland ones, but great for around the doors and bed.

I have 2 of the Aldi rugs and they make good carpets for the tent .I got them when they were on offer last year and have used them since. I also have some of the pound shop ones they are very small and i just use them for door mats

Asda also have picnic rugs in store just now.  Picked one up last week, I think they're £4.99 or £5.  And a decent size too.  A nice navy and a perfect carpet in the tent bedroom.
