yes if you can stand the noise, we preferred an oil filled radiator, as its silent and can be left on during the night, the only fault with the oil filled is that it isnt instant as it has to warm up,
We use a fan heater in our tents - you just need to check the wattage of the heater and ask the site what supply they have.
We have only ever used our heater on the 1kw setting and this is more than enough to heat our 8 berth tent. Personally, I don't find the noise of the fan heater too loud or distracting.
We have a 2kw Delonghi fan heater which we use for a burst of warm air in our BL6. We also have an oil filled readiator which we leave on overnight.We never run them both together.
For OP..Just check what power the site provides, 6, 10 or 16amp. With a fan heater and possibly electric kettle etc ,its really just a balancing act, for example switching heater off whilst boiling kettle etc.
