We've just done exactly the same as you, and ditched the double airbed for these same camp beds. Not used in anger yet, unfortunately, but spent two night on a tester garden camp, and I was very impressed. We plonked One of these on each, single sheet over the lot, sleeping bag, and I must say, I slept better than in my usual bed at home.
Like I say, only a trial in the garden, but two full nights kip on the trot left me very impressed.
Just be warned, if you have a sloping "wall" in your tent quarters, the higher off the ground you come, the shorter your bedroom effectively becomes, so double check. We got ours in, and push them tight to the bedroom doors, so as not to push the sloping back wall of the bedroom against the outer. Tight fit, but I think we'll be okay.

They are really simple to erect and pack up just as quickly. As I said we now use Robens 10cm sims ontop after trying it in the store and were happy to spend the £60 each for them as we could afford it at the time and wanted even more luxury after just using camp beds on their own for a few years.
