We've just bought a Coleman Mini Camping table & I just have to tell you all how brilliant it is!
We've been looking for a small table for when we are outside the caravan sunning ourselves (hopefully). We've had so many over the years, but they were either too high, or had those silly slatted tops that are not wine glass friendly!
Absolutely delighted with Coleman Mini Camping table the as it is the perfect height and even has it's own mesh magazine rack! . It's currently cheaper in World of Camping (£25) in case you are buying other camping stuff and qualify for free P&P, otherwise Amazon is the cheapest I have found.
Oh, and it is height adjustable too. When fully extended it is perfect deck chair height, with the lower setting being perfect for sun loungers.

I got that Coleman table as a freebie when I subscribed to Camping Magazine a couple of years ago. I did think it was a bit of a chocolate teapot when it arrived, but after a few camping trips I'm with you - it's a great coffee table, plus the kids can kneel down and do colouring or drawing at it. It's also a good bedside table with the legs on their lowest setting.
I have given up trying to get a table we can all sit round with chairs, our current set up is a plastic table with built in stools (the sort that are £15 in Tesco at the moment) for the three children and the adults eat off their laps whilst using the Coleman coffee table for drinks & condiments.
I should be getting one of those as part of the free gift for subscribing to the Camping magazine back in May, it's not arrived yet! It looks really good.
You can split the tables to have 2 separate tables and each can be 3 different heights so you can have a (or 2) coffee table, in between height or normal height table.
We used it for a fortnight in France as our only table (there are only 2 of us though) and it was brilliant. We have given all of our others away as we found it suited all of our needs (and we have more room in the car as we take less!).
We also use the Baffin stool-table. Its our table of choice for weekends or less and always goes with us for longer as a stool for our son at the main table or as a table for his kid's chair. My OH even model-makes on it. It is one of our best bits of kit. We can fit 3 plates and 3 glasses on it for weekend camps. Combine with a backpacker table when we need a little more table space.
------------- Love our set-up and need no more tents or gear, so trying to stop looking!
