I bought one of these two years ago and it has been a fantastic purchase.  I keep mine up on an IKEA table when camping that I got for 5 pounds and its a lovely height so no back problems - it stores loads of food/liquids and everything is easy access.  The one downside is that its heavy (I'm a lightweight female) and quite bulky in the boot of the car (it takes up about one-third of my golf-estate boot size). 

For this reason I decided to buy a coolbox (top-lid) this year for short camp trips, but I must say that I really don't like it because the food I want to get at somehow always seems to be at the bottom of the fridge and I'm always rummaging around and emptying out the top contents to get to the things down below ... hate that.  An open-door fridge like you have in mind means you don't have this issue.

Got one of these myself, best thing I ever brought. Just a tip though, don't carry it in your trailer, stick it in your car. The bouncing arround can mess up the refrigerant. Best to leave it to settle down a while when you arrive on site.

When I turn mine down to the coldest setting, I get Ice crystals in my wine/beer - even in the main compartment.

Mmmmmmmm cold beer!!!!
