Sorry if this sounds a strange request but I need to buy some extra waste hose to ensure we've got enough to link up to waste water drain to c'van for our holiday at Du Letty.
To save an extra journey to Widnes Caravans, 20 miles round trip from here, I was wondering about the possibility of either stopping off enroute at a dealers near the M5/M6. We are probably travelling on Sunday and would obviously need somewhere with room to park our car with7.2 metre c'van on the back! (We can't stop at Widnes Caravans on Sunday as they are closed.)
I've googled Towsure, Birmingham and that looks a possibility - can anyone advise on the possibility of stopping at Towsure, B'ham.

Going to a dealers near Plymouth, we're stopping there for a couple of days before catching the ferry to Roscoff. I tried googling this and came up with Plymouth Caravan Centre but could not find a website for them and wondered if they had closed down.
Alternatively, try Outdoor Experience on the A38 between Exeter and Plymouth. There are two locations, the one at Teigngrace is suitable with a caravan and is literally on the A38.

plymouth caravan centre has indeed closed down .there is a go outdoors with a large car park, there is' caracamp' camping shop in the centre of plymouth and tamar towing on valley road in plympton thats about it for plymouth
A couple of days ago when returning home with the caravan from a minor damp I had to pass a broken down container lorry from which a liquid was pouring all over the dual carriageway. I learnt yesterday that the liquid was in fact cooking oil!! When I checked again I found that wheel arches, tyre walls, etc of the car & caravan well and truly coated. As this oil was acting as a binder for any the road dirt that had been thrown up I have spent the morning trying to wash it off - lots of hot water, detergent and elbow grease. Whilst I had all the cleaning paraphernalia out I decided I might as well give the car a complete wash. I'm going to re-do the c'van roof too so that the dirt does not get burnt on by the Benodet sun!!!!!
Fortunately we'd built in plenty of time for a leisurely journey to Plymouth as our ferry is not until 13.00hrs Wednesday. I'd already booked Tuesday night at the CC's Plymouth site and I will book tomorrow night too if necessary.
