Hi all

I tried to cook some flatbreads on the cobb using the wok

No oil just foured bread.

The flour has burnt on and now the wok is all black and horrible.

I have tried kitchen spray with bleach, soda crystals and even my special cleaning spray of 1/3 vinegar 1/3 stardrops 1/3 water to no avail

it is better after using a scratchy thing but i wonder if anyone has any advice

thanks in advance

Have you tried soaking it over night with water and washing powder? Im sure one of the old wife tricks was boiling an onion in water in a pan got burnt food off.
Have a google for it.

Lesson to be learned here:- EVERY wok should be seasoned before use.
