Hi we have a gelert meridian 10 tent with a broken pole and are finding it hard to find the correct replacement part.

I can find fibreglass poles sections the correct size but they are all the wrong colour the only ones i can find the correct colour are called dura wrap does anybody what dura wrap is and is it the correct pole for my tent?

I have been in touch with Gelert and after about 2 months they eventually replied but they was not very helpful.

All I know that durawrap poles are used with outwell tents, maybe you can get someting compatible or cut to size, I would go to a decent camping store or if on a good day go outdoors.

Or ask a gelert dealer, they may have more specifics on what you need or a spare set from a tent return........I managed to get a complete extra new inner tent, steel poles and fibreglass poles thrown in simply as it was the last tent and they had this extra bag left...you never know.
