I have a 2010 Outwell Nevada M tent and I have broken the pole that goes over the side door canopy. Please can anyone tell me where I can purchase a new one.

Suppose you could email Outwell directly for a replacement.

I have e-mailed Outwell and the company I bought it from and I am awaiting a reply. I am aware that there is a problem with these poles fitting so I would have thought that many wouild have snapped so I cannot understand why its so difficult to obtain a replacement.

I am hoping someone out there can help me??????

There was a small batch of Nevada XL tents last summer with longer poles. The 2010 poles were all fine and it was only the 2011 XL model as far as I was aware. Take the pole to any good camping store and you should find replacement poles in packs for you to make up the pole.

I wish it was that easy. I went into Go Outdoors Blackburn who stated that they had no spares and they would have to contact Outwell for the Pole, however I originally contcated Outwell who told me to contact the Outwell distributor such as Go Outdoors and they will obtain the pole.

So basically it seems to be very difficult to obtian on eoof these brow poles for the Nevada M.

I intend , again, to contact Outwell and seek their advice
