Don't want to mislay where you put it then. well the six packs covered what about the grub then.
How much stuff can you fit in one that size? Could you fit four 1 litre drink cartons, margarine and a few packets of stuff in? If so I can see more spending coming on
Yeah it is the smallest one they do but is still huge (twice the size of the titchy cheap cool box we had).
There is room for food and beer, so all good. I'm really impressed with it but would never had known about them if it wasn't for this site. . They aren't cheap but I used my birthday money, so didn't feel like I was spending a lot.
Does it have clear nstructions? I got confused reading about the ice and then it mentions the gel packs. Does it say if the gel packs last for days or do you need to fill with ice for best use? I am happy to pay that much if it really works
Hi PB
Yes for the best effect you need to fill it with ice a few days before to cool the box down. However, I have looked at posts on here where people have not done this and just used ice packs with no problems. People have also used frozen bottles of water to pre cool and then carried on using as 'ice packs' whilst away.
The instructions they sent are easy to follow and you can use their gel packs instead or as well as ice if you want to pay for them. I'm just going to pre cool with bottles of frozen water and then use those and normal ice packs and see how I go.
